Buying Selling Time...Are you in good hands?
"The majority of the lenders will not work with you during your time of need."
Does this story sound familiar...(Watch this Testimonial of Loss Mitigation Rep)
You decide to call your lender because you are late making your payment and you know you just can't pay the amount due. Your call is forwarded to the bank's Collection Department and they simply demand payment in full. You see an ad on TV and call up a debt management firm who promises hope. After hours on the phone telling your story, you are told that you really need to speak to your bank...but because you are not late enough you must wait until you are assigned a "Loss Mitigation Rep". So weeks later, you call the bank (again) to speak with your assigned loss mitigation rep - she has a bad attitude driven by the countless files on her desk that she cannot realistically manage alone. Hopelessly, you start from the begining of a very emotional story - telling them everything about your personal and financial situation. She quickly reviews your file and says almost without feeling..."Well, you have no option but to SHORT SELL or pay your mortgage plus all the fees"...this system is not fair to anyone.
When you think about it, does this process even make any sense. Banks would rather lose $70,000+ per foreclosure and tell you to sell your house rather then try to rework the loan with realistic payments...forget trying to save your equity or your credit or the fact that the loan was fraudulent or preditory to begin with.
Take a minute to think outside the box and ask yourself, "Are these ALL my options, can they do more, am I selling myself short, is my best defense a good offense?"
Did you know, that in addition to various grant money some "Credit Counselors" recieve, many of the larger groups are also compensated by the banks to "Handle" their clients. Many of the Big Banks, pay everytime these "Credit Counselors" enters your detailed information in "A 3rd party repository" organized by the Banksters, and that's if you authorize it or not.
"Let a foreclosure attorney negotiate what you and your family need to avoid foreclosure."
